Conventions are a value-added experience for students. Convention costs can be collected using ChapterPay. Conventions are typically scheduled in the middle of key instructional time. Parents/students can go to your website and pay the fee on their own time, then a spreadsheet can be automated to remind advisors which students still need to pay in order to attend. Writing receipts in class is virtually eliminated. Permission forms, rules and other documents for the students attending the trip can all be in one place where they pay.
