When working with schools, protecting student information is not optional—it's essential. At ChapterPay, we understand that school administrators, advisors, and district leaders need confidence that student data is handled responsibly and securely.

To support school and district requirements, ChapterPay has a Student Data Privacy Agreement on file with the The Education Cooperative (TEC) which was negotiated with the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) Resource Registry. This agreement outlines our commitment to protecting student information, maintaining data security, and complying with applicable privacy requirements when partnering with educational institutions.

We know that many schools require a data privacy review before adopting new technology. That's why we're committed to being transparent about how information is collected, stored, and used. Our goal is to make the approval process as smooth as possible while ensuring that student data remains protected.

At ChapterPay, secure fundraising and responsible data stewardship go hand in hand.
